Years of experience
The Company has operated in Libya’s Oil & Gas sector since 2006, originally as Three-E, and, after expanding its activities in late 2022, now trades as Blue Environment Oil Services (BEOS), certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 since 2024.
We are a multidisciplinary organization offering effective solutions to our clients’ needs and able to adapt swiftly to specific requirements. Our work is delivered by an experienced team of professionals in partnership with international companies, supported by a broad asset base and state-of-the-art technologies tailored to each project. Through these partnerships, we offer a suite of advanced services and technologies now available in Libya through BEOS:
Our traditional services; such as Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and Industrial Decontamination, remain our historical core business. DWM treats site-generated wastes and drilling effluents safely and in full regulatory compliance, either on site or at our base. At the same time, we are placing greater focus on helping Libya resolve legacy environmental issues affecting Oil & Gas activities, including lagoon/oil-lake reclamation, produced-water management, soil remediation, exhausted-chemicals management, NORM/TENORM management, and tank cleaning.
In addition, we provide manpower and tailored, certified training programs.
